TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Your contract is with AFGHANISTAN ATTRACTIONS TOURIST AND TRIVAL AGENCY, Licence ATO-HRT-0320, HERAT AFGHANISTAN

First of all, thank you for taking the time to read these policies. And you know very well that precise and clear policies in every contract prevent discomfort and confusion. Therefore, read the policies of our company and then sign them. And after your signature, the invitation will be sent to you.

 
1. Booking Policy

  • To make a booking the client must complete the Booking Form.
  • An advance payment of 10% of the total cost of the tour must be paid into the bank account nominated on the Booking Form.
  • The completed and signed Policies and Booking Form must then be emailed to info@afghanistanattractions.com with the receipt of the advance payment.
  • An invitation letter and a copy of our Licence will then be emailed to you so you can apply for your Afghanistan Tourist visa.
  • A copy of your visa must be emailed to info@afghanistanattractions.com
  • The remaining 90% balance must be paid in cash at the pre-tour meeting held on the first day of your tour.
  • Travel payment should be paid with a hundred-dollar bill because small change has a deduction in changing currency.

2. Cancellation Policy

  • All cancellations must be in writing and written by the person whose name is on the Booking Form.
  • The advance payment will not be refunded after signing these policies by the client, and if the customer has reasonable reasons such as illness, death of relatives, etc., only fifty percent (50%) of the advance payment will be refunded.
  • Note: If the client, after receiving the invitation letter of the Afghanistan Attractions Tourism and Travel Agency, breaks the relationship with this agency for any reason, and enters Afghanistan independently and without the notice of the mentioned company, the Afghanistan Attractions Tourist Agency is not responsible.
  • If the client stops her/his tour after one or more days and leaves Afghanistan for any reason, He/ She is required to pay the full cost of the trip.
  • If AFGHANISTAN ATTRACTIONS cancels the tour due to unforeseen circumstances or because of civil or political unrest, then a refund will be given for all or part of the tour depending on when the cancellation occurs.

3. Local Laws

  • The client is required to follow local laws and regulations. Our tour leaders will guide you on how to be sensitive to local customs, traditions and practices.  AFGHANISTAN ATTRACTIONS reserves the right to expel, without refund, those clients who refuse to abide by our company policies and who show any disrespect to the Afghan culture and religion.

4. Travel Insurance

  • AFGHANISTAN ATTRACTIONS is not liable for any claims relating to loss or theft of personal items, accidents, personal injury, sickness, medical expenses or property damage occurring while the client is on tour with AFGHANISTAN ATTRACTIONS.

5. Force Majeure

  • Force Majeure means any unusual or unforeseeable event or circumstance beyond the control of the company, AFGHANISTAN ATTRACTION, the consequences of which could not have been avoided even if all due care had been exercised. Such events may include, but are not limited to, riots, civil unrest, epidemics, and natural disasters. AFGHANISTAN ATTRACTION cannot accept liability for any loss, damage, or expense as a result of force majeure.

6. Privacy Policy

    • Any personal information requested by AFGHANISTAN ATTRACTION will not be shared with any third party.
